The Voila! Process
My goal is not to create "frilly" and "pretty" resumes, like so many other resume services do because I understand that Human Resource recruiters are scanning resumes for 10 seconds or less, to decide whether to continue reading them. Recruiters also use systems that scan resumes for particular words like "legal," "executive," or "managed."
A recruiter can never know that you have excellent experience if your resume does not
reflect that.
I offer a service that takes your experience and allows it to shine on a piece of paper that is vital to your next career step. I also do not work off a template, so every resume is unique to the career level and person.
The general process includes a few steps:
1. Review Resume (This is also a consultation. If your resume requires few grammatical changes or no changes at all, I will let you know and you will not be charged).
2, Redline Resume with Clarification
3. Final Draft
4. Voila! Resume!
If you need a resume created from scratch, the process will include these steps:
1. I will send you a worksheet concerning your employment history
2. Review of Worksheet
3. Resend worksheet to you for clarification (this step can be skipped if no clarification is needed)
4. Final Draft
5. Voila! Resume
The process is simple, easy, and voila! You will have a resume that reflects the same.
